The best family doctor ❤️ in Calgary. The receptionist (Elaine) at the front desk was very professional and helpful. Elaine is an asset to this medical clinic. Shout out for her great service. Highly recommended clinic.

The staff is courteous, efficient, and goes the extra mile to assist patients. I was wary to come in at first since they always sound like they're rushing when speaking on the phone, but I saw why when I went in for a check up and saw many patients waiting to be seen too. I highly recommend Dr. Ansari too, her medical skills and genuine care shine through, even if her voice is loud. Her expertise is evident, and what truly stand out is her dedication to patient well-being. Despite her strong voice, her compassion and commitment to each patient's needs make her an outstanding and caring Doctor.

I absolutely love my doctor, Dr Salveraj, however this rating is directed towards the front desk staff. I called them over a month ago to get my INHALER prescription I desperately need, they said they'd send it to my pharmacist. Now my prescription is out and I need my inhaler, I go to get it filled and sure enough my pharmacist never received it. So I call this doctor's office again, they answered once when I inquired about what I need to do to get my prescription and now won't answer my calls? Absolutely disgusting..

Friendly receptionists staffs and the atmosphere was welcoming. I was on the waitlist previously during Spring with Dr Amira as a new patient and got in! I think they closed it right away due to lots of new patient. Thank God I got in, it's very close and nearby to my home.

Incredibly dissatisfied with the administration at this office. The booking staff are rude and dismissive more often than not. They don’t even say goodbye they just hang up on you. I recently booked an appointment and drove 1 hour to the clinic only to discover that the clinic was closed and I did not receive a call or voicemail informing me that they decided to close the clinic that day so I missed 2+ hours of work and didn’t see a doctor. No apology was given and I had to re-book two weeks later because they were too busy to get me in. I’ve asked for assistance finding a different doctor closer to my home and they point me to an online portal that has no available doctors. This is obviously more of an issue with Alberta Health than this specific clinic but the lack of care and attention is very disheartening.

I honestly am so glad I no longer have to visit this office. The staff will put you on hold and forget to come back - I had times where I would be on hold for ten minutes, call back and be helped immediately. They several times failed to fax prescriptions correctly to the point where I gave up on asking. They charge for masks if you don't have one. Further, the doctor accepting new patients Dr Amina.. she doesn't listen, she prescribed medications that actively made my partner's health decline, and just generally took no initiative to help, showed no interest, seemed reluctant at all times to speak. I get the feeling she actually hates interacting with people. Our new doctor actually listened, actually helped - like night and day. I will never return, and urge you to look elsewhere for your next appointment.

I think they really need to work on their staffs training and asking people what is there reason for coming in so loud a publicly I went as a walk in waited 40 minutes. A mother lady walked in. Said she doesn’t have an appointment. And they put her in a room right away a tried to tel me cuz she is a patient at this clinic I said well she is still a walk in

Wait was long and visit was short, but I still appreciate that Dr. Ansari gave me the right antibiotics that helped. Hope she'll accept new patients soon so I could book an appointment.
